Dr. Wade is a Board-Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist (CRNA) with an additional Fellowship in Advanced Pain Management. He is an 8-year veteran of the U.S. Army (CPT), a graduate from Barry University Anesthesia Program and has received his Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Michigan. Dr. Wade has been a practicing CRNA for 20 years including a deployment to Landstuhl, Germany during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is an Adjunct Professor at Western Carolina University teaching Chronic Pain Management. Dr. Wade instituted an acute and chronic pain management service at a hospital in Michigan where he performed a variety of Interventional Pain Procedures using Fluoroscopy and Ultrasound.
